# Flowg8 · Workflow-Bausteine

Nutze eigene Schema-v2-Schritttypen für Entscheidungen, bestätigte Kenntnisnahmen und Mitteilungen ohne Wartezeit.

Sicherheitsregel: Nur zugeordnete angemeldete Freigebende/Reviewer dürfen private Vorgangsinhalte lesen. Gastfreigaben, externe Dokumentreferenzen und ausgehende sharedFields sind deaktiviert. Verwende private Uploads und statische Benachrichtigungen. Neue private Live-Inhalte werden nach Abschluss drei Monate im Free-Tarif, bezahlt zwölf Monate gespeichert; frühere längere Fristen bleiben geschützt. Sandbox-Inhalte bleiben 30 Tage ab Erstellung.
