# Flowg8 · Postman collection

Import the Flowg8 API and separate Live/Sandbox environments into Postman.

Download the collection and one environment using the links above. In Postman choose Import, select both JSON files, then select Flowg8 · Live or Flowg8 · Sandbox. Set baseUrl if needed; enter email and password locally. No personal access token, password or API key is included in these downloads.

Send Get an access token, then Your organization. Tokens and IDs are saved automatically in the selected environment. In Sandbox also send Sandbox environments to select the isolated workspace. Complete sign-in handles temporary-password or MFA challenges. Refresh an access token renews credentials and keeps an existing refresh token when no replacement is returned.

Send the individual requests needed for your integration. Human-only operations require the user token; compatible operations prefer FLOWG8_API_KEY when you supply one. Invitations require a Live administrator token or an explicitly scoped service key. Create/read/save/publish flow responses update flowId, draftRevision and flowVersionId; process responses update runId and the pending taskId. Edit runData to match your published fields. Before retrying an uncertain mutation, copy LAST_IDEMPOTENCY_KEY into IDEMPOTENCY_KEY and keep identical input. Clear it for a new operation. Filled environments contain secrets: keep values local and do not share them.

## Request example (replace example IDs)

```sh
curl "https://api.flowg8.io/v1/access" \
